Availability: At least one weekend or weekday per month throughout the year in Merseyside and at least one weekday per month from March to October in Bedfordshire. Weather: The course may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice or severe rain). Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Lasts for up to four hours. Feel free to spend the rest of the day exploring the many attractions of your chosen wildlife park. Numbers On Day: Share the experience with up to seven other keen photography enthusiasts. Spectators: Dress Code: Much of the experience takes place outdoors, so please dress appropriately and wear suitable footwear. In case of rain, please bring a waterproof coat as well as waterproof trousers for kneeling on wet ground. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age 16. Both venues are made up of accessible pathways and are well served for wheel-chair bound visitors (please advise at the point of booking). Other Info: Please note, participants MUST bring (and be able to comfortably carry) their own cameras and equipment.

The class takes place at Woburn Safari Park, Bedfordshire and Knowsley Safari Park, Merseyside - both of which house a whole host of ferocious felines including lions, tigers and more. Learn from the experienced host about camera settings that can enhance outdoor photography and use the zoom to get close shots while keeping a safe distance. There is a break for refreshments, plus a summary at the end to review what has been learnt.
