Availability: Runs from April to September, at least one weekday per month (usually a Friday), as well as the occasional Saturday or Sunday. Dates fill quickly and we recommend booking several weeks in advance. Weather: High winds and heavy rain can make sphereing unsafe and any cancellations are made with safety in mind. It is necessary on the morning of the experience to call the weather line to check if the experience is going ahead. Duration: The experience lasts up to an hour, with a few seconds to a full minute actually spent in the ball rolling. Participants are welcome to spend the remainder of the day on-site. Numbers On Day: Two participants share the sphere each time, but there will be others on-site on the day. Spectators: Family and friends are welcome to come along on the day. Dress Code: Wear long sleeves to prevent the harness rubbing shoulders and gloves to improve grip. Aqua sphereing is wet so a change of clothes and towels are vital. Shoes and socks, jewellery, glasses and any other loose items must be removed. Guidelines: Further location details will be issued when a date has been booked. Restrictions: Must be fit, healthy and not pregnant. Min height 4ft, max weight 18 stone. Min age 12, max 60. All participants must complete a brief health questionnaire before taking their ride.
