5 feet or 50 feet off the ground the moves are the same but it is what's in your head that makes all the difference. Welcome to the high adrenaline world of rock climbing. This is an introductory session which will enable you to learn the basic skills of rock climbing. The session will be tailored to your ability and aspirations. With a qualified local guide you will scale the rock face and depending on location you may have the chance to abseil back down. There is an enormous sense of achievement so don't forget your camera or your friends will never believe you! The type of rock will vary depending on location.

The minimum age is 12 years old. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. This activity can be tiring but does not require a high level of fitness. Concern over medical or health issues should be checked before purchase.
