With advance tickets now available online for a bargain £5, admission remains free for those aged under 12—so it's family friendly too

This year, amongst the 42 vendors you'll find perennial favorites Wiltshire Chilli Farm, Hop Burns and Black's "Hot Ones" table, Yep Kitchen, Rye Lane Hot Sauce and The Lazy Scientist, along with blazing newcomers like Captain Chippies Spiced Rum Hot Sauce and Little BaobabExpect everything from small-batch fermented concoctions to hot honeys to Asian-style chilli oils

Great hot sauce calls for great foodSeek out gourmet hot dogs at Oh My Dog, Nashville fried chicken at Lucky's Fried Chicken, high-end grilled cheese at C'est Cheese, and wood fired pizza on Sunday by 450 DegreesAnd to balance out the heat, Marcello's Ice Cream makes a return visit with a festival-exclusive flavour to provide some much-needed respite
