With the 007 film 'Skyfall' hitting the big screens tomorrow, James Bond actor Daniel Craig tells how he was reduced to tears when he heard Adele's soundtrack to the new 007 movie. The actor admits that the song is 'perfect' for the film.
James Bond star Daniel Craig told Yahoo Movies that the song 'Skyfall', sung by the 'Someone Like You' singer Adele reduced him to tears, and added that the theme tune was just 'perfect'.
He recalled the moment when he was first played the song, saying: 'I cried. From the opening bars I knew immediately, then the voice kicked in and it was exactly what I'd wanted from the beginning.
'It just got better and better because it fitted the movie. In fact the more of the movie we made, the more it fitted it.'
The Director of the film Sam Mendes told how Adele had come in before they started shooting the film, saying 'I write songs about myself, how can I make a 'Bond' song?'
