Former Take That star Robbie Williams has announced that he is to perform three live concerts at the O2 Arena in London in November 2012.
After playing a series of small gigs at venues including Glasgow's Barrowlands, the O2 Academy in Leeds, and the Cliffs Pavilion in Southend on Sea, Robbie has confirmed the dates of the initial three gigs at the O2 on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th November.
It is expected that the singer will also announce a series of dates across venues and arenas in Britain.
Finding commercial success as a solo artist after splitting from the pop group Take That, Robbie Williams rose to fame in the mid 90's. He entered the Guinness Book of World Records in 2006 after selling 1.6m tickets for his Close Encounter Tour in a single day.
Ranked one of the best selling music artists in the world, Robbie is now the best-selling British solo artist in the UK, and six of his albums are among the top 100 biggest-selling UK albums. Having won 17 BRIT awards, he is now the most successful artist in the BRIT Award history.
