The legendary rock band Mott The Hoople have announced they will be reforming for a historic tour of the UK this Winter. The 'All The Young Dudes' band will be appearing live at five venues around the UK in November.
The lead singer of the legendary rock band Mott The Hoople has announced on his website, that the band will be reforming this year and touring the UK during November.
The band,who are well known for their track 'All The Young Dudes' written by David Bowie, will kick start their UK tour on Monday 11 May at the Birmingham Symphony Hall.
Formed in Herefordshire in 1969, the band went on to become one of the best loved and most influential groups of their time.
Established initially for theirincandescent live shows, they reformed in 2009 after 35 years to celebrate their 40th anniversary.
These shows, which saw them play a series of critically acclaimed and commercially successful live dates included a 5-night, sold-out stint at London's Hammersmith Apollo, were the first time that the band had played together in over 35 years.
The band received lavish praise from fans and press alike including a 5/5 review from the Daily Telegraph that declared: 'Mott The Hoople storm back to London for a dazzling night at the Hammersmith Apollo.
