Allan is welcomed to the Museum to open the first lecture of the new Autumn/Winter Series. Former soldier, military historian, novelist and author of 1914: Fight the Good Fight, Allan Mallinson, looks at the RFCs contribution in the first crucial month of fighting.

• The Museum of Army Flying has an exciting events calendar with a minimum of 1-2 events each month such as guest speakers, theatre, tours and large event days • The Museum is open daily 10:00 – 4:30pm and is home to a unique collection of aviation history including over 35 different historic aircraft. Situated right alongside the Army Air Corps working airfield the museum boasts ample free onsite parking.
