The reformation of 90's bands continues with S CLub 7 who want a piece of Steps action
After nineties pop sensation Steps performed one of their first gigs in Manchester's Trafford Centre to over 6,000 screaming fans, S Club 7 have decided to jump on the money making band wagon and reform.
All of the 7 members of the pop group are keeping their fingers crossed and hoping to cash in on the reformation after seeing Steps wow thousands of fans.
Simon Fuller, owner of the S Club brand and Spice Girls manager is in cahoots with representatives who are trying to agree on a deal to get the 90's 7 back on tour in the UK, reports The Sun.
An inside source told the paper 'S Club have seen what's happened to Steps and want a piece of it.
'They're hoping to make a TV show following their reunion, a tour and the release of an updated Greatest Hits album - just like Steps.'
Three members of the bubble-gum pop group are still playing gigs at universities and clubs, J O'Meara, Bradley McIntosh and Paul Cattermole are known as S Club 3.
The 'Never Had A Dream Come True' band are no strangers to the television world, after they rose to fame in the 90's starring in their own television series Miami 7, LA 7, Hollywood 7 and Viva S Club.
They were together for 5 years and had a string of hits including 'Reach', 'Alive', 'Friday Night' and 'Good Times', they went on to sell more than 17 million albums worldwide.
