Sally Cowdry, O2's Marketing Director said Our customers are our priority and we look to offer experiences that are unique and truly valued. Priority Ticketing is key to this strategy. We know how much our customers value the opportunity to get tickets for their favourite acts before anyone else and because of this it's an important driver for brand preference. This campaign aims to not only increase uptake amongst our existing customers, but also raise awareness with potential new customers.
Membership of the O2 Priority List is available to customers on O2 UK Pay Monthly contract (existing and new customers).
As well as Priority Tickets for concerts at the O2 Academy/Blueroom venues up to 48 hours in advance of general release, customers registered for the Priority service can get additional perks such as priority queue jumping for fast-track entry into arenas, the chance to relax in the O2 Chill before the gig, grab a drink in the Blueroom bar / O2 Lounge, and so much more.
