The Island Farm Donkey Sanctuary is a registered charity, caring for abused and ill-treated animals. We rely totally upon public donations to enable us to do this valuable work. Helping donkeys, like Mrs. P and Mabel.
The Sanctuary is open to visitors most days during the year, between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and between 2.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. If you are planning to visit us, please phone first on 01491 833938 to confirm that there will be someone there to meet you.
During the year, various events are held at the Sanctuary and on other occasions some of the donkeys are out and about at public events where you might like to meet them:

Sat 6th Auction Sale at the Sanctuary (see below).
Thurs 25th Donkeys visiting Christmas Festival in Bicester.
Sun 28th Christmas Bazaar at the Sanctuary.
ISLAND FARM AUCTIONS
About 10 times a year, Island Farm Auctions hold a collective auction sale at the Sanctuary. Public items can be auctioned in return for a donation to the Sanctuary (in lieu of a commission).
